The hotel is centrally located in Pamporovo with convenient shuttles to the ski slopes. The rooms were cozy, but the sofa bed was uncomfortably low, especially during winter. Despite the warm room temperature, sleeping with the door open was necessary. The dining offerings were subpar, with cold dinners and limited choices.
